Certified TMS Technician, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), TMS and Spravato Program Coordinator

Christina has been working with psychiatric patients in the outpatient clinical setting under the supervision of psychiatrists since 2018. She holds multiple certifications to perform Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Smoking Addiction, including Brainsway, Neurostar, Magstim, and Magventure systems. She is highly skilled at navigating insurance benefits and obtaining insurance approvals for TMS and Spravato. Christina attended the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL, where she studied specialized topics in psychology and cognitive neuroscience, which first sparked her interest in neuroplasticity. In 2023, Christina completed the FMCHC program through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and obtained her NBC-HWC credential in 2024. Her education at FMCA helped further develop her skills in motivational interviewing, goal setting, and positive behavior modification. She also has experience incorporating grounding exercises, guided meditation, HeartMath® coherence techniques, essential oil aromatherapy, progressive muscle relaxation and other stress reduction modalities into clinical practice.
